Primrose Retirement Communities was founded in 1989 and was based on the premise that a retirement community must reward its residents with value, comfort, security, and convenience. Primrose is guided by this philosophy in all phases of its work, beginning with the site and architectural design of its communities, the use of eco-friendly construction materials and the location of each community. Primrose in Mishawaka, through its unique site plan, offers several types of retirement living. Townhomes on the west side of the community provide complete independence within the retirement community. The main building provides independent living and assisted living options. Danch, Harner & Associates was hired to provide site plan and civil engineering approval from the City of Mishawaka, along with engineered site plans, landscape plans, site lighting plans and specifications for construction.
