The Gurley Leep Automotive Group has been a leader in the automotive sales industry for decades, providing many brands and services. The company will be replacing an existing dealership location with a new 27,000 square-foot facility on Cassopolis Street in Elkhart, Indiana. Housed in the new dealership will be an auto showroom, service center, collision center, offices and a car wash. Danch, Harner & Associates was hired to provide a complete site/civil design package that included property subdivision, rezoning, civil engineering and landscape design.
