Granger Oral Surgery & Implants

Located on the northwest corner of Fir Road and Old Cleveland Road, this new 4,200 square foot Oral Surgery Center was built in 2013. The property was zoned residential, but development trends in this area indicated that a medical office would be an appropriate fit into the area and further provide a catalyst to spark quality growth. Danch, Harner & Associates was hired to provide an ALTA survey of the properties, annexation and rezoning into the City of Mishawaka, one lot subdivision, final site plans and civil engineering plans for approval from the City of Mishawaka.
