Located in the newest area of Eddy Street Commons, this banking facility anchors the new Trader Joe’s and the surrounding new residential developments. Vehicular and pedestrian access is provided from Corby Boulevard and South Bend Ave. Landscape enhancements were provided and blended into the Trader Joe’s landscape, to create a streetscape along South Bend Avenue.
