Brennan’s View

Located south of Eddy Street Commons and the Notre Dame Campus, Brennan’s View is 3 story, 36-unit condominium development with luxury amenities. Coordination and project management were critical skills needed to make this a successful project. The site presented several challenges, as adjacent road improvements and other new surrounding developments were built all within the same construction time line as this development. The 0.78 acres of land was subdivided to create one legal lot to allow the development. Storm water drainage was kept onsite via an underground chamber system. Collaboration with the City of South Bend was needed to create a new streetscape along South Bend Avenue. Danch, Harner & Associates was hired to provide surveying, planning, engineering and landscape architectural services.
