Danch, Harner & Associates was selected by the City of Mishawaka to design a muti-use path along Grape Road. The City was looking to buffer an existing development from Grape Road traffic noise, while providing connectivity to neighborhoods to the north. The development area was seeing a resurgent in growth, with new stores and service-oriented businesses taking interest in this busy corner. The path was designed with an 8-foot-wide sidewalk, landscape street trees along Grape Road and lush landscape plantings to screen parking.
Danch, Harner & Associates was hired to provide surveying, civil engineering and landscape architectural services.
