Bantry Quarters is a 2-story, 4-building, 28-unit townhome community. The popular multi-use Eddy Street Commons development, across the street from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, includes these new townhomes. Bantry Quarters is just south of Eddy Street Commons restaurants and shops, and near the new Trader Joe’s.
Danch, Harner & Associates was hired to provide surveying, planning, engineering and landscape architectural services. As part of Eddy Street Commons – Phase III, this project was linked to the new Trader Joe’s store through drainage design, utility design and the reconstruction of Howard Street.
