Danch, Harner & Associates was hired to provide surveying, planning, engineering and landscape architectural services. Our first task was to rezone from “C-2” shopping center commercial, “C-4” auto-oriented commercial and C-7” auto-oriented restaurant commercial, to the “C-1” commercial district classification, to allow for redevelopment of the property to build a new structure that will contain multiple tenants, including a restaurant with a drive-thru facility, a retail store and a sit-down restaurant in a single building. Danch, Harner & Associates was then able to provide site design, civil engineering and landscape architecture, to provide the client with a full-service package.
