North Woods Village

True North Group, LLC designed North Woods Village to provide an enriching lifestyle and a variety of supportive services and programs for memory care residents. The company is committed to providing exceptional care and service to its residents and their families through a quality, dedicated and highly trained staff. Danch, Harner & Associates was hired to conduct a feasibility study on the proposed location of North Woods Village. DHA analyzed the location for ease of development within the City of Mishawaka, proximity to other community assets and amenities and ability to construct based on city services. With a positive outcome to the feasibility study, the property was then subdivided and rezoned to accommodate the developers use. Site plan approval was sought from the City of Mishawaka and engineering plans were completed. A special landscape and internal healing garden space was designed to provide additional support and comfort to the North Woods Village residents.
