HighlineUS, LLC develops, designs, builds, markets, manages and sells university student, alumni, and empty-nester real estate communities. Each project has its own unique style, size and floorplan designs complementing the surrounding environment and tailored to its future residents. We have developed several student housing projects located adjacent to and east of the University of Notre Dame campus. The projects developed include Overlook Phases I, II and III, Dunn Flats and Wexford Place. We have also developed a mix of student housing and owner based townhome complexes including, Irish Crossings, Irish Row Apartments, Legend Row Condominiums, and Triumph Court Phases I and II. These developments have enhanced the village concept of new development located along the east and south perimeter of the University of Notre Dame Campus. These projects have spurred further development close to the university’s campus.
