City of Mishawaka – Annexation and Rezoning
Danch, Harner & Associates, Inc. provided planning services to the City of Mishawaka for the purpose of annexing a large tract of land that would eventually become part of Beacon Health System, Inc. Additionally, Danch, Harner & Associates prepared several road alignment concepts that were used to develop the new Beacon Parkway – a four lane commercial road with a raised landscape median. This road has become the main artery through the newly annexed development area.

Vacant land between For Road and Capital Avenue, North of the Toll Road.
CONSTRUCTION COST:
$2,300,000 to $ 2,500,000.
