Cheddar’s

Cheddar’s restaurant started back in 1979 and has consistently grown into a national chain of restaurants with 150 locations. In 2011, Cheddar’s was looking to expand its operation into northern Indiana and established Mishawaka Indiana as its location of choice. Danch, Harner & Associates was chosen as the consultant to provide Planning Services in the form of rezoning and site plan approval, as well as Site Civil engineering construction planning. Due to the local high water table in the area, Danch, Harner & Associates designed an underground stormwater storage system that filtered the stormwater before it enters the natural water table.
