In business for more than 90 years, Belle Tire was founded in 1922 and remains a family-owned operation. They have more than 90 locations in Michigan, Northern Ohio and now Indiana. In 2013, Danch, Harner & Associates was hired to help the company expand its retail footprint into Indiana with four initial locations, including two in South Bend, one in Mishawaka, and one in Elkhart. In 2015, three more locations were added in Indiana, with two locations in Fort Wayne and one location in Michigan City. Each location consisted of a 10,000 square foot state of the art automotive service center.
Danch, Harner & Associates was instrumental in providing planning Services, Site/Civil Engineering Services and Landscape Architecture Services through deliverables of custom site plans, stormwater management systems, lighting plan, utility plan and custom landscape plan.
