Mr. Ballard is responsible for business development, implementation, and coordination of Civil Engineering and Landscape Architectural services. These services include all phases of design, including the public input process, zoning & ordinance compliance, construction document preparation, project administration and construction inspection & supervision. His experience includes multi-use trail design for municipalities and state parks & recreation departments, master planning, site analysis, site design, urban & streetscape design, community design, commercial development, landscape design, and civil engineering design.
